Restoration of Wooden Guideboats
We restore classic Adirondack guideboats from all builders and eras. We use only traditional materials and methods to restore wooden guideboats to their original functionality and beauty.
Common restoration requests include replacing a few broken ribs or a damaged gunnel, to major planking and bottom board repair. We also regularly see boats suffering from decay, often between rib feet and bottom boards. We can also manage refinishing your boat, including stripping and painting or varnish.
Contact us to find out more about wooden guideboat restoration and how we can help. We also build new Adirondack Guideboats as well. We happily work with wooden boat lovers across the US.
